Perhaps someone will be able to help more, but I have found that a good
starting point with Kodak is calling their info line at 800-242-2424.  This
is actually their tech line, but they are very helpful with questions about
the company in general and can refer you to the correct office.  Keep in
mind that Kodak is split up into many divisions (i.e. the movie film
division, the paper division, the professional division, etc.) some with
completely different names than Eastman Kodak.
