You might try looking into gels made for stage lighting.  Roscolux and Lee
both make a UV filter.  I'm not sure if they have any kind of window frame
or whether they would satisfy conservation standards, though, and they may
look ugly.  However, getting a sheet to experiment with would be fairly
cheap, and you can eventually buy it in big rolls.  Try ordering direct
from the manufacturer. --Kathy
