Julie at The Dairy Bar, et al,
Concerning your interest in a Museum Studies Program....Wright State
University in Dayton, OH, has one. I researched it when we considered
moving to Dayton. Don't know if it close enough for you to get your degree
while working or at least it wouldn't be a big move out of state, etc.
Just remembered it and thought it might help you. Wright State has a web
site, but I don't have it book marked anymore.

Lori Allen,
Grad Student, UMSL

You should check out the web page for the Cooperstown Graduate Program in
History Museum Studies in Cooperstown, NY. I believe the plan of classes is
listed and this will give you an idea of what a full-fledged, practical
museum program is like on the graduate level.
CGP has been graduating masters students for over thirty years now, has a
very strong alumni organization (links to jobs), an up to date job book for
alumni access, a very high employment rate for graduates, and an impressive
roster of places around the world where graduates are working.

A good web browser can get you to the site.
