The Havre de Grace Decoy Museum seeks an experienced leader to administer
all areas of museum operations.  The Decoy Museum is an AAM-accredited,
collections-based institution that focuses on decoy and waterfowling
heritage of the Upper Chesapeake Bay.  The museum has six staff members, a
budget of $350,000, four permanent exhibits, developing educational
programming, and an extensive series of annual special events.  The ideal
candidate would have experience in museum administration and/or training in
museum studies.
