If you want really good advice on image rights, you might try the
Association of Moving Image Archivists (AMIA) listserv--you should also be
able to find good consultants on legal matters there.  Since I've just lost
a lot of my computer's memory including bookmarks, I don't know how to get
on that list offhand, but I know it is hosted by the University of
Kentucky, and I know the organization has a webpage.
