Conner Prairie is currently seeking a Program Supervisor for Agriculture. This position oversees the development, coordination, and implementation of agriculturally focused, interpretive programs within Conner Prairie's historic areas as required, including Prairietown, PastPort,the William Conner Estate, the new 1886 Liberty Corner area as well as a future 1936 farm. Charged with assisting with the care and the oversight of Conner Prairie's livestock, including both physical management and documentary file management of animal and material records. Trains and supervises staff in the use of animals for interpretive programs. Assists the historic farmer in the care and maintenance of these educational resources. Works closely with the program supervisor of interpretation to produce varied interpretive programs. Reports to the associate director of interpretation.
