Hi Mickey,

I graduated last week from the University of Nebraska's Museum Studies program. Though it was rough at times, I do feel somewhat prepared for meeting the professional qualifications that will be required of me when I finally land employment.

I felt that the quality of program was exceptional, and was constantly challenged by the curriculum and staff. For the most part, the staff and instructors are most helpful and willing to work with each student individually -- no being lost in a crowd there!

There are plenty of museum opportunities available for local internships, and I know that there are several work study positions available in a museum setting -- both for experience and the almighty $$.

Hope that this helps.
David Bingell
