Hello--
        Why don't the people who are bothered about this write to the
poster and ask him what he means?  Perhaps this is deliberate ("we only
want 18-22 year-olds") or maybe someone just wasn't thinking and merely
wants candidates who are in college.  In fact, I think I'll do it myself.
