Crystal, if you love museums and you have financial skills, look into
development, marketing, and the business office.  There are very few
institutions that are not desperate for good business people.  Once you are
there, take the odd course, go to conferences, write articles for the museum
magazine, check it all out.

Alternatively, stay put, earn lots of money, join volunteer groups, and set
your sights on a seat on the board of trustees!
