You might want to have a look at the Canadian Heritage Information Network's
Collections Management Software Review 2000. This was an evaluation of 18
collections management softwares. In addition to a comprehensive checklist of
criteria, the review includes the results of vendor demonstrations and product
specifications. Check the CHIN website for information (www.chin.gc.ca). Hope
