Dear Listers:

I thought those of you who are involved in a new museum building
project, a building expansion, or a renovation of a historic museum
building, might be interested in a project we finished this week.

We just completed another Value Methodology Study for The Maryland
Museum of African American History and Culture in Baltimore, MD which
recommended cost savings of over 6 Million Dollars on a 19 Million
Dollar Museum Building Project. Our approach to a Museum Value
Methodology Study is not only to assure quality and cut cost for the
project, but to insure that the function of a museum within a newly
designed building is considered by the architects - who may have never
designed a museum before.

For more information on Museum Value Methodology and a free article
(case study) on a Science Museum Project, please visit our Web Site at
the address below.

Kind Regards

Roger Wulff
