Scheduling Coordinator

We are in search of a group visits/scheduling coordinator for our museum
client in New York City.  The ideal candidate will have a BA, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to liaison with a variety of museum
departments and volunteers.  Responsibilities include booking reservations:
handle tour inquiry calls, process tour forms and payments, and manage
financials related to group reservations.  MS Word and excel proficiency
required.  Knowledge of Microsoft Access and interest in Jewish cultural
organizations a plus!  Salary to $27K plus excellent benefits and
opportunity to grow with an exciting and important institution.  Interested
