Dear friends,  We are looking for contracts to use as a model between a
not-for-profit and a state government, County , or municipality wherein an
historic property was deeded to the not-for-profit for the purposes of
creating a museum, education center or cultural center.  We have studied
several leasing arrangments, but are looking for a Deed transfer to use as a
model for our contract.  If any of you have been involved in such a transfer
could you contact me and would you mind sending us a copy of your Deed.  We
would appreciate it. Feel free to contact me off-list if that is easier.
