Jerry,

I applaud you because you actually remember scratching and crawling your
way into the arts world, and you acknowledge this in others in a
professional and understanding manner.  I find this service so helpful
because people actually take the time to reply to complex and simple
inquiries.  Apparently these easily annoyed people even find the helpful
people annoying.  Well, please excuse the ignorant masses.  As you stated:
"It never hurts to ask a question."   I have little or no admiration for
people who believe in a "sink or swim" world.  People like this make me
wonder why they are so unhappy and how much further ahead do they really
think they will get?
