Traveling Exhibitions Roundtable Notice

The semiannual Traveling Exhibitions Roundtable will be held at the Annual
Conference of the Association of Science-Technology Centers. This meeting
will be from 7:30 - 8:45 am, Monday, October 16, at the Renaissance Hotel in
Cleveland. The actual room assignment will be in the ASTC final program.

This is an opportunity for an open exchange of exhibition openings and
availabilities, announcement of new projects, and discussion of issues
particular to the traveling exhibitions industry.

Participants should bring 50 +/- copies of brochures and announcements for
distribution. Anyone who cannot attend but wishes to distribute information
about their exhibitions should send the brochures to Robert Mac West, c/o
Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, 24 Public Square, Cleveland, OH 44113, phone
216/696-5600. Mark the package "Hold for ASTC Meeting," and be sure it
arrives by October 13.
