Hmmmm.  Our lawyer tells us:   "In general, a photo may be taken of a patron at a public museum/facility and then used for reasonable publications without notice or release language."  We put up a sign letting our visitors know that their picture may appear in our brochures, etc., anyway, because we want to offer them the chance to say no.  Perhaps the legalities of this matter should be checked for your venue???   As a municipal museum, we are a public facility, of course.
