Executive Director Opportunity
Collage Children's Museum of Boulder, Colorado,
seeks an Executive Director to provide energetic direction and leadership
through a planned museum expansion, relocation, capital campaign and into the
future. This position requires the ability to act as a visionary team
leader, drive fundraising & development efforts, serve as a key community
leader, and provide strategic direction to a staff and Board.
The candidate must have exceptional management and organizational skills, as
well as experience in developing creative & high quality programs.
Outstanding interpersonal and group facilitation skills to build strong
Board, donor, staff, community and volunteer relationships are essential.
We seek candidates who have demonstrated track records in non-profit museum,
cultural arts, or related management, including proven fundraising, fiscal
management and budgeting. Other requirements include excellent verbal and
written communication skills, and the proven ability to work with a large
number of constituents. And the person must be willing to live and work in
one of the most beautiful, dynamic and energetic small cities in the U.S., in
the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
