MUSEUM COMPUTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

AltaMira Press, the makers of PastPerfect Museum Software and a leading
publisher of museum books, is searching for a full time Computer Support
Technician for the Walnut Creek office (San Francisco Bay Area) .
Knowledge of museum registration  methods and Windows is required. The
PastPerfect Computer Support Technician will provide telephone support
to PastPerfect customers who range from volunteers to museum
professionals with a variety of skill levels and needs. Applicant should
have patience and a good sense of humor. Knowledge of MS-Office is also
helpful. Will train in specifics of the program, networks, and related
computer skills. Salary range $25-30K/yr. Please send resume to Computer
