The National Society of Fund Raising Executives, based in Alexandria,
Virginia, have a pretty good Code of Ethics. In fact, one reason the society
was founded was to institute this code and professionalize fund raising
activities for not only museums, but universities, schools, health
organizations, service clubs, etc.

You can visit their website at www.nsfre.org The Code of Ethics can be
requested from their U.S. office:

                NSFRE
                1101 King Street, Suite 700
                Alexandria, VA 22314-2967

Tel. (800)666-FUND Fax: (703)684-0540

Hope this helps!
