I don't know if you have or not, as I don't see the
icon, but have you considered running your website
through "Bobby"?  Bobby will let you know if your site
is accessible to the blind and sight impaired, and
will make suggestions to improve.

If you are approved by Bobby, you have the right to
put their icon on your website:
