Hello everyone.

I wondered if anyone might recommend a model for strategic planning that takes into account organizations comprised of multiple facilities.

We operate a museum, cultural center, heritage farm, and historic house.
These facilities range in their development from master plan stage to newly opened to established for 40 years.  We are about to do a new plan and are looking for a process that will provide each facility the opportunity to take advantage of its distinctive qualities and yet create synergies where possible.
