Dear Susan,

I thank you for sending this on; I find other museums' policies and
guidelines helpful to me when re-writing our own policies and procedures.
I am currently trying to set up a good working policy for teen-agers,
and high school students who work for us on a volunteer basis. We do the
general interview, and we find a project for them to fulfill the hours
required for the community hours they are required to do for high school
graduation.

Would anyone out there please share your wisdom regarding how to set up a
policy for working with young persons aged 15 to 18? On or off-list is
fine. Thanks!

O
