I am looking for some suggestions for forms...are
there such a thing as "triplicate" forms that can be
fed through a computer printer (laser or inkjet)?

Or does anyone have any suggestions for better formats
for such documents that do require duplicate copies
(i.e., loans, promised gifts, etc)?
