Hi Michele;
Sorry, thirty years of evaluation, including more than 100 studies on
museums and sites, tell me that you are asking the impossible. Boiling it
down to a single generic form, in the situation you describe, will only give
you poor information which will help you make wrong decisions.
I am sending you offlist an abstract of a one-day workshop I gave at ALHFAM
in June on "Evaluating YOUR Live Interpretation Program".
