Well, I am stopping art history after my masters (I had originally planned
to get the PhD) and I'm enrolling in an MBA program in a few months. I
love what I do now, but I was put off by the low salaries. It was a tough
decision for me, that's why I thre in the "depressing" part--I certainly
didn't mean to insult anybody.
