Dear all
Thank you very much for responding to my last mail"museum mansion".
Especially I would like to thank those who have sent me valuable
information.
I would like to bring this again, because I may have invited some
misunderstanding by the use of the term "mansion". It is used as
luxurious apartment in Japan, so I am sorry to use that term
in the same way here.
So, what I tried to express in the first mail is,
what is special about living in the museum tower such as MoMA. As far as
I remember, Moma in NY has luxurious condominiums above the museum.
I heard that people living there can come down to the member's restaurant
in the museum any time and some of them? are sponsors of the museum.
What I would like find out is more about this matter;
what kind of relation do they have beween the museum and the condominiums'
owners? What kind of priviledge do they have? What is important
when you would plan the museum with luxurious condominiums?
If someone know any other example besides the MoMA, that would be
appreciated too.
Thank you very much for your time.
Sincerely,
Sae Minohara
