Hello from a rainy morning in Tokyo !
While many of you, especially those 'sushi' lovers out there remember my
contribution of the short news about the opening of the sushi museum in
Shimizu, Japan last year, a new museum what is thought to be the first
seafood museum in Britain has opened in north Wales. The news resources
reached Yours Truly from Jolly Roger in NZ recently (original 'sauce': BBC).
As an individual having a deep love in preparing shellfish dishes for first
myself and secondly others, I am very interested in this museum which is
about the mussel industry around Conway in Wales, UK.
If anyone knows the official name of this unique museum and its address,
please forward the information to me on the Museum-L.
Yours Truly would love to know more about this museum. I am sure many would
also be interested in this museum, too !
Sincerely,
Ryo
