Aaron,
You might try the web portal, museumnetwork.com, that has an extensive
database of museum information. You can sort by state and quickly come up
with Tennessee's list of 130 museums, with brief descriptions, contact
information, and links.
Cheers,

Hi folks. I am going to be going to Tennessee this
fall for a degree in Public History and I was hoping
to get some feedback on museums in the Nashville area
that might be interested in my skills (web design,
preservation, etc.) I am not necessarily looking for
specific people to write to--so dont take this as a
plea for work or anything (although that might be
neat), but I am just looking for a list of museums
that might be cool.

And if anyone has an insight on what a Pittsburgher,
turned New Englander might expect in TN that would be
helpful.

Thanks so much for your help.
