I find it highly ironic, if not downright absurd, that after several
rounds of expressed frustration and returned responses from persons
employed in the non-profit/museum sector regarding the low wages earned,
that-
persons who left the non-profit world to work for for-profit dot-coms
and have lost their jobs are turning to a presumably for-profit head
hunter business for jobs in the low-paying and supposedly over-filled
non-profit sector of museums.
I also wonder if any potential future employers will take note of this
and not hire me for expressing my own perspective...?
