Everyone is thinking too narrowly.

Get a business to sponsor the printing of the booklet. Then auction off
copies at AAM and regional museum association meetings. Sell them in museum
gift shops. Do this in conjunction with a food related exhibit. There is
some new acrylic product that you can dip real food into and it is
permanently encased. No bug or critter problems. Could be lots of fun!
