Our local community college has some great on-line courses (including Access and Excel) -- you should be able to access them from anywhere <http://www.ed2go.com/jackson/>. The classes begin every 8 weeks or so. Lessons are downloaded twice a week to your e-mail account and you can
complete them on your own time. Several staff members have taken the courses (especially Beginning and Intermediate Access) and found them easy to understand and very helpful.

The best part is that they are quite reasonable -- most are $64.
