Last week, I had real difficulties with this.  Some
things I posted from this address took a couple of
days to come back in the "approval process."  By the
time they came back to me, the answers seemed a moot
point.

My sister reported to me that mail from my regular
email address on Earthlink I had sent at 11ish the
night before reached my nephew on Yahoo at 5 and 7
Wednesday night.

When I came home last night and downloaded.  I had
many, many notes of rejected email, all to people on
ATT.NET.

So, the answer to your question is yes about the
Museums list, but I think, as happens episodically,
the Web is a sick puppy lately.  Sometimes I've seen
this happen because and around AOL.  Could be
something related to the DOS stuff (disruption of
service).  Or it could be that there's so much traffic
on the Information Superhighway, we're just way too
congested.

Maybe one of the Web Techies on list can give a better
explanation.  Whatever it is, the current situation
(and any time this happens), sucks eggs.
