Contact Gretchin Sorin Sullivan, Director of the Cooperstown Graduate
Program - one of her big projects is promoting diversity in museum staff.
She may be able to give you some statistics. Also, there was an issue of
MuseumNews dedicated to museum training in which she did an article on
encouraging diversity in museums. Hope this helps.
