We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join the staff of a new
museum. As an interactive exhibition center, the Museum will be a public
resource to explore advertising and design's influence on society. Basic
responsibilities include: scheduling and supervision of student receptionist/
cashiers and attendants, coordinating daily administrative operations,
developing and maintaining general administrative files, preparing daily fee
receipts, data entry and coordination of mailings (including electronic).
Qualifications include: computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft
Office, Filemaker, Quark (or Pagemaker), basic bookkeeping, and management
skills. Must be able to work some Saturdays.
Milwaukee Insitute of Art & Design offers a competitive salary with an
