NATURE OF WORK IN THIS CLASS
This is a full time position in the Collection/Curatorial Group of the Ohio
Historical Society.  Duties include maintaining collection records systems
(manual and automated) and office files, preparing collection documents and
correspondence, maintaining databases and performing other registrarial
responsibilities.  This position reports directly to the Registrar of
Collections.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in an
academic area represented in the Society's programs (archaeology, history or
natural sciences) or in museum studies.  One year experience in museum
registration or other museum collections work, preferred.
