Excellent idea, depending on what kind of program you
wrote it in. If you created it in Pagemaker or
QuarkXPress, you are ok to do that. If you made it in
mostly anything else it get a bit tricky. I know I
had problems in creating such a thing myself. It
takes a bit of time, but most programs are getting
better at doing this.
I would suggest perhaps setting up the book so that it
is in HTML and printable. Don't do the whole thing,
but enough that people would want to pay 5.00. Or you
might want to consider saving it in several sections
and several types of word processing programs. Then
people could download it and open it with (some) ease.
