Some years ago, the Canadian Museum of Civilization Corporation, of which
the Children's Museum is, in my humble opinion, the most successful
component, got all excited about business planning and had every component
prepare one. I suggest you contact the CM's director Kim McDougall at

On the other hand, if you need a consultant who has prepared a number of
business plans in various sectors, I am (hehhehheh) available.
