I have some colleagues from Guyana and Paris who are going to be in NY doing some work at the UN from April 14-19.  They are having difficulty finding affordable accommodations nearby.  Go figure!  I would be grateful for any recommendations.  I'm searching online but sometimes, the best solutions are not found online!  The Parisian woman is doing work with UNESCO.  The woman from Guyana is an indigenous activist requesting assistance to save farming land from a big energy company.  Though not museum related, any assistance in finding accommodations would be greatly appreciated.
