Hi,
creepers serve different purposes. While the usual creepers (creeper dollies/creeper boards/German: Rollbrett) serve a transport function, the mechanic's creeper (German: also Rollbrett) is different. I would not classify these items under land transportation - Accessory. In my eyes, this is a general working/workshop tool like a ladder, a knee cushion or working helmet.

If you want to conform to the Nomenclature standards, then it would be a "wheeled platform". If you want to be descriptive so that someone who is looking for it can find it then put it in you database as a "mechanic's creeper".
If you are using PastPerfect you can go into the Lexicon and classify it under Land Transportation - Accessory.--
