Hi Hillary,

If you can define what you mean by "affordable", this may narrow down
the responses you get ;) !

How many visitors do you get a year, on average?

I would be interested to know from Karen what percentage of ticket sales
Acme Ticketing takes: it may save money on hardware and licence fees but
the cost of commission needs to be balanced against that.in the long
term.that's a projection you might want to work on!

You could do worse than talk to a few theatres, cinemas, and other small
organisations in your area who sell tickets both on site and on line and
see if the systems they use might be of interest.

My last bit of advice is to write down what you want, before you look at
what is out there: the danger is you get "wowed" by an off the shelf
package which doesn't do all the things you need it to. You've probably
done that already.

Good Luck!

We're been using Acme Ticketing which provides you with all of the
hardware and works on a percentage of ticket sales, so little
implementation costs.

Best,
Karen

Good morning, All!

The Bob Moog Foundation will be opening the Moogseum in late May. We
would like to use a ticketing system that prints tickets in-house, but
also allows guests to reserve tickets online and choose virtual tickets.

Can you suggest a simples, streamlined, affordable solution for a small
museum?

Thank you for your time!

Hillary
