Hello

I am currently working on a Lottery funded project that involves the creation of a touring exhibition that includes 17th century artworks.  The Lottery have suggested that we consider using a tiered charging model to support the exhibition, with larger institutions paying more, thereby subsidising smaller institutions that may otherwise be unable to borrow the exhibition due to funding restrictions.

I am looking for examples of tiered charging systems:  how the tiers were worked out, how much was charged, pros & cons of the system.

I would be grateful for any experiences and information that can be shared.

Thank you
