Hello! Has anyone used a rubric for self-evaluation after finishing an exhibition? I've been tasked with developing one for a fairly small contemporary art museum. Questions for each team member's self-reflection might revolve around successful communication, living up to one's own standards, and consideration of visitors' interests throughout the process. Any existing templates or recommendations are much appreciated.
