Hi Rachel,

Here at Washington County Museum (west side of Portland, Oregon), we just polish the acrylic case covers with a nice clean fleece cloth. No need for cleaners or streak leaving checmicals, just a little arm strength and they look nice!

At the Alaska State museum and the Southeast Alaska Heritage Institute, we use Sprayway's "world's best glass cleaners." It is ammonia free as well so more friendly to objects as well. It can typically be found in grocery stores or hardware stores.

Best of luck,

Hi everyone,

Has anyone found a glass cleaner that does not leave streaks on exhibit cases? My coworkers and I used a general household glass cleaner on the glass in some of our exhibit cases and it left terrible streaks. Any suggestions are most welcome.

Thanks!
Rachel
