Yes, We all appreciate the indication of willingness to support ICOM's
efforts to assist in the recovery of Asian heritage and also Asian heritage
colleagues and institutions affected by the tsunami.
I think that the mean word here is Restoration and could be also
reconstruction, which need People, Money ant time, so I would like to
suggest that we held a committee for this purpose which should have the
possibility to collect money, donations, volunteers (could be totally or
partly volunteers)..etc, and arrange all the ICOM’ role when the real
restoration work start.
Again, please consider me as one in the row for this mission. I also can
insure some of our colleagues those shall be ready for partly voluntariness.
I hope that we start a practical and real something as soon as we can.
