 Dear ICOM Colleagues,

Our Committee  thanks Robert Spickler for his assuming the interim 
directorial post for ICOM. I believe he will succeed in carrying forward 
the work initiated by Piet Pouw

We also are grateful to Piet Pouw for his devotion to ICOM's missions 
during his year long service as the interim Secretary General.
