Chère Berenice,
ta lettre exprime des opinions tout à fait partageable qui
conviennent à l'esprit ICOM. Toutefois les fausses demandes
d'enregistrement aux conférences des comités de l'ICOM constituent un
problème réel: je crois qu'aucun président ou secrétaire de comité ne
peut se charger d'une telle responsabilité en regard des pays qui
hébergent les conférences des comités internationaux de l'ICOM. Il
s'agit en effet de fournir une documentation qui permette d'obtenir
la concession de visas d'entrée à des individus dont le but, avec
l'excuse de participer à ces conférences, est d'éviter les lois qui
dans beaucoup de pays réglementent l'immigration.
C'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai suggéré que le groupe de travail
juridique se charge du problème: afin qu'il trouve une solution qui,
en garantissant les buts de l'ICOM que tu as fort bien rappelés,
protège en meme temps les organisateurs des conférences de l'ICOM de
l'éventualité de commettre des actions en coupables par rapport aux
lois locales.
