Thank you very much for the message containing a useful information.
This is a letter from ICOM Kyrgyzstan. For a long time we were not sure
whether
we would be able to participate in the ICOM General Conference and General
Assembly
in Seoul due to a finance problem. Right now are trying to find some support
for transportation and some other expenses. We have a great desire to take
part in the Conference work,but we haven't  been registered yet due to the
registration fees to be paid.
Will it be possible for the Kyrgyzstan ICOM National Committee Chairlady
Ms. Mairam Yousupova and  accompanying person Erkingul Asanalieva to get
registered upon our arrival in Seoul,
because everything will depend on the funds that we are trying to find.
We are aware pritty well how hard it is to be a hosting side. So, we'd love
to be in the temporary list of participants, just to have us in mind, so
that we could be met, have hotel rooms,etc.
