Dear ICOM-L subscribers,

We would like to thank you for your observations, invaluable suggestions,
comments and encouragements for the new ICOM Web Site.
Most of the pages are being corrected accordingly to your observations; the
work is progressing steadily and as fast as possible.
Web site will therefore be on line as the primary ICOM web page on September
1.
