Back from my holidays, I found several messages concerning the ICOM
"Handbook of Standards; Documenting African Collections". I accessed the
incriminated document ("disastrous set of pages", etc., etc.). I had no
problem with pages loading. In my humble view, the e-version of the
Handbook is clear, elegant, comes quickly and is easy to read. I found
it very useful not only for African museums, but for all of us.

I am very sorry for those colleagues who face time of access
inconveniences. Maybe no-frame versions must still be provided. On the
other side, I think we must support a better aspect of ICOM and CIDOC
Web pages, the same as we want better designed museum publications, more
fancy exhibitions. It is a way to better serve the content.
